Gillard B. Johnson is the  managing member of Bowling and Johnson, PLLC law firm in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He has extensive experience in tax exempt and industrial development bond financing and experience in mergers, tax-free reorganizations, and commercial/corporate litigation.

Mr. Johnson received his Doctorate of Law from the University of Louisville and is actively involved in professional organizations such as the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the University of Louisville Law Review. He is admitted to practice in Kentucky.

He is a 1970 graduate of WKU. His term on the board ends June 2019.
