Institutional Reports
In compliance with applicable state and federal laws, WKU creates and makes available various reports of interest to the campus community. The linked report contains information about the number of student disciplinary proceedings,
the outcomes of those proceedings, reporting sources, and violations alleged in compliance
with Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 164.370.
The Annual Campus Safety and Security Report, developed in accordance with the Clery
Act and the Minger Act, outlines WKU's safety plans and includes criminal offense
statistics for WKU's main campus and WKU-owned properties.
The Stop Campus Hazing Act (“SCHA”) was signed into law in December 2024 and amends the Higher Education Act
of 1965. This legislation aims to increase transparency and accountability as it relates
to hazing on college campuses by requiring them to report hazing incidents.
