Humanities POD Event Promotion Request Form

This form is designed to streamline requests for event promotion, marketing, and digital communication support within the POD departments. All submissions must include contact information, a clear deadline, and relevant project details to ensure efficient processing. The department chair will be copied on all requests for approval before work begins. While accuracy will be reviewed, final content verification remains the responsibility of the requester. To assist with timely and effective promotion, please provide complete information, including event details, target audience, and any related imagery or logos. A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for all digital projects, and up to three rounds of revisions may be requested after the initial design delivery.
