Jalynn Britt

Jalynn Britt joined FC Cincinnati in 2022 as Senior Manager of Partnership Activation and managed several of the Club’s flagship corporate partners including Procter & Gamble, Kroger, and Pepsi. In 2025, Jalynn was promoted to Director of Partnership Strategy where she provides revenue-driving solutions and efficiencies for new business, existing corporate partners, and cross-functional departments. Prior to her roles within Major League Soccer, Jalynn held positions at the National Collegiate Athletic Association and Learfield. Within her professional career, Jalynn received the 2018 Service Person of the Year Award (Midwest) from IMG College, the 2023 Emerging Leader Award from FC Cincinnati, and is also a member of the National Society of Black Sports Professionals.

The Bowling Green native holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and a Master of Science degree in Recreation & Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University. In her free time, Jalynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends, interior design, and watching basketball.


Colleen CoomesColleen Coomes graduated from WKU with a B.A. Corporate & Organizational Communication in 2018 and a M.S. Recreation & Sport Administration with a certificate in Facility & Event Management in 2020. She started her career in the events & entertainment industry in 2021 & began working full-time with the Tennessee Titans & Nissan Stadium in October of 2021, where she is now the Manager, Stadium Events.

Joseph Donaldson

Joseph Donaldson is a Senior Event Manager for the Nashville Sports Council and Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl. Initially starting as a Marketing and Communications Intern with the NSC/MCB, he was then hired on nearly two years later full-time as an Event Coordinator and has gradually moved up to his current position as a Senior Event Manager. He oversees a multitude of event logistics (such as hospitality, transportation, volunteers, etc.) for various sporting events around the city, including the SEC Basketball Tournament, St. Jude Rock ‘n’ Roll Running Series, Liberty Mutual Music City Bowl, and more.

Joseph was born and raised in Nashville, TN but is a proud 2x graduate of WKU and worked in athletics during his tenure in Bowling Green. He is die-hard sports fan supporting his local teams in Nashville and still makes it up to Bowling Green to support the Tops!

Les Forsythe

Les Forsythe serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Capital Projects, Facilities, and Event Management at Western Kentucky University, a role he has held since 2021. Since joining WKU Athletics in 2005, Forsythe has played a key role in enhancing the Hilltopper athletic experience through leadership in facility development, event operations, and strategic partnerships. He oversees all athletic facilities, capital construction projects, football game operations, and the strength and conditioning and equipment departments, while also managing WKU’s partnerships with Coke, Aramark, and Nike. In addition, he serves as the department’s Licensing Director and sport administrator for women’s soccer.

Forsythe has led numerous high-profile projects that have transformed WKU Athletics, including the Soccer/Softball Facility, Hilltopper Fieldhouse, new football press box, and videoboard installations at Nick Denes Field and the WKU Softball Complex. His leadership has also supported ongoing improvements to Feix Field, Houchens-Smith Stadium, and other athletic venues across campus.

An Owensboro, Kentucky native, Forsythe earned his B.S. in Sports Administration from Kentucky Wesleyan College, where he was a four-year football letterman and Academic All-American, and his M.S. in Recreation and Sport Administration from WKU. He also holds certification from the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety & Security (NCS4).

Cam LevisCameron Levis considers himself a true “Park and Rec Kid”, being the third generation of park and recreation professionals in his family, following in the footsteps of his mother and grandfather. He is the Recreation Division Manager for the City of Bowling Green Parks and Recreation, and recently published his first children’s book titled Home is Where Your Park Is dedicated to his late grandfather, Dr. Alton Little. Cameron was named in 2021 to the Inaugural “30 Under 30” List by the National Recreation and Park Association as one of the top young park and recreation professionals in the entire United States and Canada. He is a Certified Park and Recreation Executive through NRPA, one of only two in the state of Kentucky. He strives every day to ensure all people in the community he serves are able to live, learn, and play together through parks, recreation, and sport. Originally from Louisville, KY, he now calls Bowling Green, KY home, where he lives with his wife Kaitlyn.

Sarah Naas

Sarah Naas serves as the Associate Director for Student-Athlete Academic Support Services at Xavier University, where she works closely with the men’s and women’s basketball programs and focuses on academic success, well-being, and holistic growth. She is passionate about helping student-athletes build confidence, discover their voice, and thrive both in the classroom and beyond their sport.

Sarah joined Xavier in 2021 after serving as Assistant Director for Athletic Academic Services at Louisiana Tech University, where she advised the football program and oversaw academic support staff. She began her career at Western Kentucky University from 2014–2018, serving in multiple roles within the Student-Athlete Success Center and working with women’s basketball, women’s tennis, softball, and football. WKU is where she discovered her calling and where her love for supporting student-athletes first took root.

A proud Barlow, Kentucky native and double WKU alumna, Sarah earned degrees in Sport Management and Public Relations (’16) and a master’s in Recreation and Sport Administration (’18). She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership. Outside of work, Sarah loves a good cup of coffee, teaching and practicing hot yoga, and spending time with her Aussiedoodle, Sophie. Once a Hilltopper, always a Hilltopper.

Adam NuseAdam Nuse enters his third season with the Titans in 2022, and his first as Senior Vice President, Business Operations. He originally joined the franchise in 2021, as the Vice President of Business Operations. Nuse leads the team's Stadium Operations, Facilities, Events, Fan Experience and IT functions. Prior to joining the Titans in 2021, Nuse spent five seasons as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Nashville Sounds, overseeing all day-to-day operations related to the organization. Under his leadership, the Sounds broke attendance records and were regularly recognized by industry publications as leaders in operational excellence and fan experience. Most recently, in 2019 Baseball America awarded the Sounds with its prestigious Freitas Award in recognition of the club's community involvement, long-term business success and consistent operational excellence. Nuse currently serves on the Nashville Sports Council Board of Directors and the Nashville Sports Authority's Women's Professional Sports Committee. He also serves on the board of directors for Boy Scouts of America, Middle Tennessee and the Bowling Green East Little League. The Texas native holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma, a master's degree in sports administration from Wichita State University, and a doctorate in organizational leadership from Western Kentucky University. He enjoys spending his time with his wife Sarah, and three children Lucy, Lola, and Hank.

Kyle Wolz

Kyle joined the Hot Rods in February of 2014 as an intern. Once the season concluded, Kyle was promoted to Account Executive then to Box Office Manager where he oversaw the day to day operations of the Hot Rods Ticket office, while focusing on group sales.

 

Promoted to the role as the Director of Sales in 2017, Kyle led the Hot Rods sales team, the selling of season tickets, mini plans and planning of large company and group outings. Prior to the 2021 season, Kyle assumed the role of Assistant General Manager, focusing on not only ticket sales, but corporate sponsorships. In January 2023, Kyle was elevated to General Manager where he continues to focus on the day to day operations of the ticket department, sponsorships and the overall day to day operations of the Hot Rods front office and minor league baseball operations. Assuming the role of General Manager & COO in June of 2023, Kyle now oversees both the day to day operations of the Hot Rods, as well as, Vette City Catering.

 

Kyle, a native from Louisville, Kentucky, holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Western Kentucky University. Aside from work and community involvement, you can find him on the golf course working on his golf game. His favorite sports teams are the Louisville Cardinals, WKU Hilltoppers, and Tennessee Titans.
