Fall 2025 - Friday, November 14, 2025
Spring 2026 - Friday, April 17, 2026
Summer 2026 - Friday, July 10, 2026

Deposition Process

1. Student will format and submit the document according to the Thesis, Specialist Project, and Dissertation Guidelines. 
2. Student will complete the online Copyright Permission.
3. Committee chair will submit the Comprehensive Exam/Capstone on TopNet and post grades in all 599, 699, and 799 courses.
4. The WKU Library will notify the student of publication via email.
