This year's speaker is Amanda Belcher (B.A. '10, M.A. '18), Vice President of Human Resources at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, a joint venture of McKesson and HCA. Belcher earned her M.A. in Organizational Communication (2018), B.A. in Communication Studies (2010), and Certificate in Leadership Studies (2009) with a Minor in Spanish from the university.

Belcher will discuss communication practices in professional settings, workplace dynamics, and leadership strategies.
