Sessions will be done via Zoom. Information will be presented and there will be time for discussion and questions. 

Different formats will be evaluated for future training opportunities, including in-person sessions.

Part of the value of offering supervisor training is to bring people together to collaborate and share professional experiences. However, we recognize the value in having some sessions readily available and have plans to consider this in the future. The sessions will not be recorded at this time. 

The sessions are designed specifically for current supervisors to allow for open, confidential discussions about managing staff and navigating sensitive workplace conversations in a safe, supportive environment.
