C.L.I.M.B. Higher: Equipping Supervisors for Success is an on-going initiative designed to provide supervisors with the tools and training needed to Coach, Lead, Inspire, Manage, and Build effective teams. The sessions will focus on interpersonal skills, as well as policy and procedure. Group discussion and scenario exploration will be emphasized. Sessions are open to all full-time faculty or staff members who supervise one or more full-time staff members at WKU. Registration is required.
